The shepherd Pt. 2

Freedom...

Freedom.......

Freedom is a lie, as you sat on an escalator contemplating how you got there, quite literally as to you appearing here before bathing in light. You just appeared here on an escalator. As you crane your neck downwards you see the end coming. You stand up and depart the escalator.

Looking around you realise that you're in a subway terminal or at least a place that resembles one. You push pass the gate and walk through a corridor of concrete and fluorescent lights. This was or at least should be a subway. A strange smell catches your attention, it smelled like dirt the greatest kind of dirt ever. You follow the scent to another escalator terminal, the scent leads you to a young woman wearing primarily red. Red flats, red knee length eastern dress, and red chopsticks in her hair bun.

The cigarette in between her index and middle finger generates a thin tail of smoke.

If the chopsticks or the Asian dress weren't a dead giveaway, she was Asian. She trains her eyes on you which snaps you back into consciousness.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to stare."

She chuckles

"You wouldn't be the first person to stare at me." She says in perfect English with a minor hint of accent

"Are you the only one here?" You ask

"You're the only one else I've seen here." The woman replies

"I hate to ask you after just meeting you but I could really use your help with something." You say

"Sure thing." The woman replies with a hint of a flirtatious tone

"Is this a dream?" You ask

"If it is this is the worst dream ever." The girl replies

She gives you a lascivious look

"But you could help me out in that aspect."

You blush and hide it

The girl chuckles

"What's your name?" You ask

The girl takes a drag of her cigarette, and breathes out

"Damara Megido" she replies

Something about this girl made you feel like you needed a cold shower.

"(Full name)"  You say

"Well (name) perhaps you can help me with something." Damara says

"Only if you help me out too." You reply

She leans up close to you and whispers in your ear

"If you help me first I could really make it worth your while." Damara says

You blush again

"I'm looking for someone." You say

"You found someone, now let's go do my job for you." Damara says

Your hand is grabbed by Damara's as she drags you to a corridor.

Suddenly she winced

“are you okay" you ask

"I think I got to puke." Damara replies

She rushes into a girl's room

"Uh I guess I'll wait for you here." You say

So you wait.....

And wait......



And wait.....

30 minutes turns to an hour an hour turns into an hour and a half.

Yeah Damara isn't coming out , best to leave her until she's finished.

You decide to go explore around, it doesn't take you a long while before you find a large hole in the wall with a bunch of ritualistic markings around it.

"Couldn't hurt to find out where it leads." You say as you enter the hole.

You begin walking through the tunnel before you are engulfed in darkness.
